The Apprenticeships Data Management System (ADMS) is a secure and easy‑to‑use platform that supports Australian apprentices throughout their training journey. Through ADMS, apprentices can manage their apprenticeship details, apply for incentives and financial supports, and track the progress of their applications all in one place. ADMS makes apprenticeship management simpler, more transparent, and more accessible for apprentices across Australia. Individual logins are setup for Business Users (Employers, Providers, STA users, Suppliers and Subcontractors through Digital ID), Apprentices, Australian Skills Guarantee Users and Administrators.
What Apprentices and Employers Can Do in ADMS
- View and submit claim applications for apprenticeship incentives
- Track claim progress with clear status updates
- Apply for financial supports, including:
- Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans
- Living Away from Home Allowance (LAFHA)
- Message their Apprentice Connect Australia Provider directly within the platform
- Update bank account details securely.
