Casual - 7 day rostering

Casual Rate of $35.90 per hour plus 11% super (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

We're seeking enthusiastic and energetic casual Gym Instructors to join our multi-award-winning team at Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre.

What You Will Be Working On

Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our members and customers. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting fitness appraisals and personalised training programs
• Leading motivating small group training sessions
• Providing exceptional assistance to patrons and maintaining high service standards
• Fostering a positive environment that aligns with our commitment to innovation and success.

What are we looking for

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Ability to be available to work over a 7 day period and be available for both open and close shifts as per business requirements
• Profound knowledge of fitness industry standards and trends
• Understanding of fitness and recreation industry regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to customer service
• Certificate IV in Health and Fitness or equivalent qualification
• Previous gym supervision experience and group fitness instruction skills
• Current AUSactive Registration, First Aid Certificate, and Working with Children’s Check
• Possession of a National Police Certificate (obtained within the last 3 months)
• Possession of current C class drivers licence
