About the role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality early education programs grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

You will:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Foster a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Document and assess children’s learning and development
  • Provide guidance and support to educators within the room
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and child protection requirements

Qualifications, experience & skills:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) approved by ACECQA
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certification
  • Working With Children Check
  • Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
  • Confidence in leading practice and supporting team members
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and positive outcomes for children
