About the role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive.
You will:
- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
- Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team
- Observe, document, and support children’s learning and development
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and nurturing environment
- Uphold all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications, experience & skills:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid, Child Protection, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Working with Children Check clearance
- CHCPRT025 – Identify and report children and young people at risk
- Sound understanding of early childhood development and learning frameworks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, flexible, and child-focused approach
