About the role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive.

You will:

  • Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team
  • Observe, document, and support children’s learning and development
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and nurturing environment
  • Uphold all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications, experience & skills:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid, Child Protection, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Working with Children Check clearance
  • CHCPRT025 – Identify and report children and young people at risk
  • Sound understanding of early childhood development and learning frameworks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, flexible, and child-focused approach
