This role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your skills in the area ofCommunity Servicesto various segments of our community, including older residents, individuals with disabilities, their caregivers, youth and families.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Support delivery of community care programs, including meal preparation/packing, kitchen operations, and Social Lunches setup, service, and clean-up.
- Assist with daily operations of the Seniors Centre and Social Support programs, including setting up activities, coordinating volunteers, and supporting clients both onsite and in the community.
- Provide administrative and operational support, including customer service, transport coordination, data entry, maintaining records/statistics, and general office duties.
- Contribute to service promotion and community engagement through marketing activities, events/functions, and volunteer coordination.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Relevant experience supporting older people and individuals with disability, with a strong understanding of their needs
- Commitment to high-quality customer service and continuous improvement
- Ability to follow direction while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Proficient in administration, organisation, and computer applications (including accurate data management and meeting deadlines under pressure)
- Hold a valid C Class Driver’s Licence.
This position is subject to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check undertaken by Council.
