We need a Project Administrator who can partner with our amazing team and work with our stakeholders to achieve great things.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Assisting with project plans and schedules, recordkeeping, monitoring milestones and deliverables, coordinating external resources, and maintaining logs and registers.
  • Manage the administration activities for the program and associated projects as directed.
  • Support financial and operational data analysis.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, as well as handling financial reporting activities.
  • Assist in the management of vendor relationships, meetings, budgets, resource allocations to maintain allocated vendor budgets and resources.
  • Review, develop, and implement processes, procedures, forms, and templates related to project administration.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the Program Delivery Team, including information retrieval and incidental correspondence.

About You

  • Previous experience in project administration, preferably within a program delivery or project management environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
