About Us

We need a Business Support Officer who can partner with our amazing team and work with our stakeholders to achieve great things.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Supporting the Engineering Design team.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support for engineering design projects related to road infrastructure, verges, kerbs, and drainage.
  • Handle CRM requests, phone calls, and inquiries from ratepayers and contractors efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain templates and documents, including agendas and minutes for technical services meetings.
  • Assist with requisitions, and ad hoc tasks within the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, parks, and local government teams to facilitate technical services and project coordination.
  • Organize and maintain records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

About You

  • Previous experience in administrative support, preferably within engineering, operations, parks, local government, or infrastructure. (Highly desirable)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. (Desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
