Title: Specialist Administration Officer, Permanent - Part-time Role, 14 hours per week, 2 days per week 

Salary Range: $74,312.80 to $86,363.83 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:

The key focus areas of this role include: 
1)    Act as point of contact for the business unit, including triaging and directing requests and enquiries, creating requests and where appropriate preparing responses. 
2)    Undertake the day-to-day administration related to the financial operations of the unit, including creating, finalising and monitoring purchases orders, work orders and invoices.
3)    Ensure overall operations of the business unit through organising unit supplies (e.g. stationery, uniforms) and equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the unit.

You’ll play a key behind the scenes role helping the team that looks after our parks, trees, and outdoor spaces. Your work will help keep projects moving, information organised, and the team supported so they can focus on caring for the places our community loves.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well with different people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
