Program Activity Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Hills Community Care team as a Program Activity Officer. The successful candidate will deliver scheduled activities consistent with industry standards that meet the needs of frail aged people and to their carers whilst actively participating in collaborative teamwork.

What does this role look like:
• Develop and maintain consumer care plans.
• Provide customer/client wellbeing support.
• Deliver scheduled program activities in a centre-based environment
• Supervise clients.
• Other duties specified by the supervisor/manager.
What are we seeking in our new team members:
• Certificate III (Health & Leisure or similar)
• Driver License (Class C – NSW)
• Candidates must be able to speak Korean (as this position supports the Korean group).
Benefits of working with us:
This is a part-time job, working as below:
• Monday – 8 hours as rostered
• Wednesday – 8 hours as rostered
• Friday – 8 hours as rostered
A salary of $40.51 per hour (excluding superannuation), paid weekly. Opportunities for training to keep your skills up to date. An opportunity for bonus payments and to participate in wellbeing initiatives and benefits available to staff through our EBA and other programs.
