About the Role

Coordinate and deliver key Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) processes that support corporate planning, performance reporting, community engagement and legislative compliance across the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program and Operational Plan.

  • Support the Corporate Performance and Reporting Team to continuously improve Council's planning, performance and reporting processes so they are practical, valuable and meaningful for Council teams, help realise organisational capability to perform effectively, and support services to deliver value aligned with community priorities.
  • Working collaboratively across the organisation to support teams to undertake planning and reporting activities, helping build capability in corporate planning, performance monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Administer systems, information and reporting processes that enable effective performance monitoring and reporting, contributing to informed decision-making, accountability and transparency through meaningful reporting.

The advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown. The starting salary is at Step 1 within the grade. Progression through the salary steps shall be based upon the achievement of performance objectives relating to the position.

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:

  • Experience supporting corporate planning, reporting, legislative compliance, performance monitoring, business support, systems administration or related organisational functions.
  • Experience coordinating projects, reporting activities or organisational processes from initiation through to completion.
  • Experience working with corporate systems, databases or reporting platforms.
  • Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
  • Current unrestricted Class C Driver's Licence (or equivalent).

You are a collaborative and proactive professional with strong planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills. You have experience analysing information, preparing meaningful reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
