  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement within corporate systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical system configurations and process outcomes
  • Experience supporting system configuration, testing, and implementation activities
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes

The advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown. The starting salary is at Step 1 within the grade. Progression through the salary steps shall be based upon the

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Systems or an Information Technology related field or demonstrated experience in similar system support, implementation, or development role.
  • Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to communicate with staff effectively across all organisational levels and roles.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, plan, and organise workloads and investigate and solve problems with minimal supervision and good attention to detail.

You will be proactive, approachable, and comfortable working closely with business teams to understand their needs and deliver fit-for-purpose system solutions.
