How you’ll make an impact

As the Water Services Coordinator you will coordinate and
supervise a skilled team of Water Operators to ensure the smooth operation and
maintenance of our water assets. From pump stations to reservoirs, your role
will be crucial in maintaining the reliability and quality of our water
services.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for an experienced
water industry operator looking to take the next step in your career.

This position offers an attractive salary ranging from $83,935
to $107,510 gross per annum, plus superannuation (12 per cent), with
commencing salary dependant on qualifications, skills, qualifications and
experience.

What you’ll bring to our team

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A Certificate III Water Industry
  Operations (Water Treatment & Wastewater Treatment) any other qualifications relevant to this position or equivalent
  additional industry experience.
• Experience in promoting a safety-first culture
  within a team.
• A track record of successfully managing and
  delivering projects within budget, timeline, and quality specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to operate computing
  technology including but not limited to computers, SCADA, tablets, and smart
  phones with associated software.
