- Lead and support your team in various civil construction activities, from road construction to drainage maintenance.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about ongoing projects and community needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and actively promote a culture of health and well-being.
- Provide mentorship and training opportunities to help your team grow and succeed.
Essential Criteria:
-
- Certificate lll in Civil Construction and Maintenance or equivalent qualifications or ability to obtain.
- General Construction Induction Card (White card) or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence - Class LR or ability to obtain.
- SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Training Card - Traffic Controller Ticket or ability to gain within probationary period.
- SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Training Card – Implement Traffic Control Plans Ticket or ability to gain within probationary period.
- Working Under Overhead Power Lines accreditation or ability to obtain within probationary period.
- You will have experience in 2 or more of the following areas:

- Concreting
- Drainage
- Road Construction
- Street Furniture
- Fencing
- Asphalt Works

What we offer:
- A permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) with opportunity for 9-day fortnight
- Salary range:$67,943 - $75,015 per annum (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) *Subject to award increase as of July 1 2026
- PLUSAdverse Working Conditions Allowance (Level 1) in accordance with the applicable award
