  • 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday with the option of flexitime)

About the Role
This position is located at the Ulladulla Administration Building providing essential administrative support to the City Development directorate of Council. Reporting directly to the Coordinator Administration - South, the focus of this position is to:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to both internal and external customers of City Development
  • Deliver a diverse range of administrative services supporting development and related applications under the Local Government Act and Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979
  • Support City Development staff with administrative tasks and records management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Generate invoices required under Development related legislation and regulations
  • Manage a high volume of customer enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email & in person) ensuring timely and effective resolutions
  • Handle call-back requests and customer concerns, taking ownership to resolve issues through Council's request management system

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:

  • Certificate III Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • Current class C Driver's Licence

We are seeking a candidate with relevant experience in an administrative and/or customer experience environment. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service as well as effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing deadlines efficiently.
