Title: Senior Visitor Services Officer, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week, onsite, with job share option. Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Salary Range: $74312.8 to $86363.83 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
You’ll support the delivery of outstanding visitor experiences while helping to shape and promote the Hello Manly brand across the Visitor Information Centre and digital channels. This role is rostered onsite Wednesday to Sunday. The role is available as full-time or part-time (job share considered). [NJ1.1]
Key focus areas include:
1) Delivering engaging, high-quality visitor experiences in person and online, sharing expert knowledge of Manly and the Northern Beaches.
2) Creating and managing content across the website and social media to inspire and inform visitors.
3) Building strong partnerships with local tourism operators to support promotion and collaboration.
4) Supporting retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and sales performance.
5) Assisting with team coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement of Visitor Services.
About you:
We’re looking for a Senior Visitor Information Officer to join our Hello Manly team. You’ll bring a passion for customer service and strong digital communication skills to a team dedicated to making a difference to our community. You’re a proactive, service-focused professional who enjoys creating engaging visitor experiences and bringing a destination to life. You’re confident working both face-to-face and across digital platforms, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
We work across a diverse range of services and platforms, and you’re open to learning and growing in the role. Experience or exposure to some of the following (or similar) will set you up for success:
• Customer or visitor services, delivering high-quality, engaging experiences
• Website updates, social media, or digital content creation
• Stakeholder engagement and working collaboratively with partners
• Retail, merchandising, or operational coordination
