We’re seeking an inspiring and compassionate leader to guide a dedicated team delivering essential transport services to our community. In this role, you’ll help enrich the lives of our seniors by ensuring they can enjoy meaningful experiences—from social outings and day trips to medical appointments and relaxing lunches at some of Sydney’s finest cafes and restaurants.

Based out of our Castle Hill Showground but every day is a different journey, you’ll lead our team of transport drivers to provide a service that is not only safe and reliable, but also welcoming and enjoyable for every passenger. Your leadership will ensure we consistently meet the Aged Care Quality Standards, while upholding Council’s strong commitment to health, safety, and community wellbeing

What this role looks like:
•Supervise all bus drivers ensuring safety and compliance is maintained in accordance with theTransport for NSW Safety Management Plan.
•Ensure our fleet of vehicles are safe, always maintained and remain operational
•Lead a highly motivated team and facilitate a culture that continues our high levels of serviceand community focused mission
•Oversee work quality, performance and ensure that all bus driver’s performance is meetingestablished standards and expectations.
•Other duties as specified by the Team Leader Transport.

What are we seeking in our new team member:
•Minimum 5 years of experience driving a bus
•Drivers Licence (Minimum LR) – NSW
•Bus Driver Authority NSW
•Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
