Title: Senior Asset Planning Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $111,468.90 to $129,545.15 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Parks and Open Space is responsible for areas and facilities that add to the community’s enjoyment of Council developed spaces, to encourage and provide for passive and active recreational needs. Parks and Open Space includes the following functions:-
- Recreation planning and management
- Reserves and commercial centres maintenance
- Sporting fields
- Tree management
- Asset planning and management
- Business support and management

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Co-ordinate the management of asset data, including physical, financial and spatial attributes to ensure accuracy and useability within Council’s CiA asset management system
2) Provide specialist advice including asset and financial data requirements to relevant asset staff and other stakeholders to ensure competent and efficient management of infrastructure assets
3) Collaborate with key internal stakeholders regarding data requirements for the development and implementation of capital and maintenance programs to ensure sustainable management of infrastructure assets
