We're seeking a highly organised and customer-focused professional to join our Finance team.

The successful applicant will have exceptional administrative skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of information accurately and efficiently. Equally important is the ability to communicate effectively with members of the public, including managing difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism and confidence.

You will be resilient under pressure, solutions-focused and committed to delivering positive customer outcomes while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a busy operational environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical work with meaningful customer interactions and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

In this role here are some of your accountabilities:

• Maintain accurate information within the property data base and the names and address register.
• Attend to rates calls, emails and other enquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
• Assist with processing and issuing interim rate notices for waste services and valuation adjustments.
• Assist with property street number / rural street number, subdivisions, and amalgamations in accordance with Council and Landgate Policy.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with ratepayers, consultants, and government authorities to ensure an excellence in service standards.

• Confidence handling challenging customer enquiries
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Rates Experience highly regarded but not necessary
