Program Leader, Partnerships & Special Projects
This position provides high-level executive business support to the CEO and assists the CEO in implementing, managing and reporting on a range of strategic partnerships and special projects, at the highest levels.
It works as part of a dynamic team supporting implementation of a financially self-sufficient, well administrated, Blue Mountains Planetary Health Centre – a Centre of Excellence providing local, national and international leadership for planetary health, through a Blue Mountains lens.
The role requires high-level capabilities in executive business support, project management and reporting, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, revenue generation through successful grants and other sources and high-level communication and presentation skills. It supports the Council’s focus, as a City within a World Heritage Area, on being an exemplar Local Government Area in sustainability (environmental, social and economic) and in taking action to restore health of the planet.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $118,950 gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
+ annual award increase
