Corporate Performance Coordinator
The Corporate Performance Coordinator plays a
key role in strengthening Council’s corporate performance, governance and
accountability by coordinating the implementation and continuous improvement of
Integrated Planning and Reporting, corporate performance reporting, service
reviews and improvement initiatives
The role contributes to the assurance that
Council has clear plans, meaningful measures, reliable reporting and oversight
to support informed decision-making and continuous organisational improvement.

You are an organised and analytical professional who thrives on turning data into meaningful insights, with experience in performance reporting, governance or integrated planning and reporting and a strong commitment to accuracy and accountability. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities with ease, and are motivated by continuous improvement, bringing a proactive and collaborative approach to strengthening organisational performance and outcomes.

Pre-Employment Screening
In the event you are shortlisted for an interview, and are
then selected to progress to the next stage following interview, you must be
prepared to undergo the following pre-employment screening processes as part of
the selection process:

checking – an external company will be used to complete reference checks for preferred candidates. - Undertake
any other applicable screening that may be relevant to the role. - Checking
validity of certificates and qualifications.
