Regional Manager - Disability Services - Darwin

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager - Disability Services to lead, manage and oversee the delivery of the NDIS operations across the East Arnhem communities. Your NDIS expertise will ensure industry standards and compliance are met across all aspects of EARC’s Disability Services.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide regional leadership across Disability Services, driving continuous improvement and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Maintain NDIS portals (PRODA, eNDIS) and ensure compliance with the Disability Services Act, NDIS framework, Code of Conduct and all legislative requirements.
  • Manage financial processes, prepare budgets, and ensure timely submission of all mandatory reports.
  • Complete accurate documentation, support audits, and implement continuous quality improvement.
  • lan, implement and review major Disability Services projects while managing day‑to‑day operational needs.
  • Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to WHS, risk, incident/SIRS and complaints processes.
  • Lead crisis and emergency planning for extreme weather, disasters and regional challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager – Aged Care Services and other internal stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in professional development, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively manage budgets, resources, and operations to ensure sustainability, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure the preparation and timely submission of all required reports including mandatory reports for funding agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and stay informed of sector developments.
  • Undertake other duties consistent with the position as reasonably directed by he Director – Community Services.

  
What we’re looking for:

  • Must hold a Diploma in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) and /or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and associated requirements including mandatory reporting, program guidelines, Quality and Safeguards, NDIS Price Guide and relevant legislation.
  • Must have, or be able to obtain and maintain, a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Proven ability in case management, assessment and care planning to meet client/participant goals and preferences.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees across different teams and locations.
  • Advanced oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, key stakeholder engagement and management experience with all levels of organisation.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to learn new software.

  
What you’ll receive:

  • A competitive salary ($125,519.53 - $133,163.76 per year, excluding super), with annual reviews under the Enterprise Agreement
  • 6 weeks of annual leave plus 17.5% leave loading
