• Full time hours during Monday to Friday
• Salary ranges from $68,600 to $79,000 plus superannuation

About the role

This is an excellent chance for a self-driven person enthusiastic about providing leadership to our customer service team.

We seek a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee a team of customer service officers, ensuring high service delivery standards while identifying training needs and opportunities for improvement.

This position is an excellent opportunity to work in a small, close-knit community and make a difference within the community.

The successful applicant will possess;

• Proven experience and qualifications in supervisory role preferably in customer service
• Previous experience business improvement for customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Complete monthly reporting and other duties as assigned.
