Customer Service Officer
Part-time – Ongoing

Position Number: 2108         Location: Braidwood

The Package: $848.28 – $937.35 gross per week + 11% super. (Evaluated as Grade 7 of the QPRC Salary System 2023).

Part-time – 24 hours per week (6 hours per day over four days), 8:30am – 3:00pm Monday to Thursday, including a 30-minute break. This position suits school hours.

Do you have strong communication skills and looking to work for a family-friendly organisation? Council is seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our Customer Relations team in Braidwood.

In this role you will:

  • Provide professional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Respond to online inquiries.
  • Participate in call centre operations.
  • Facilitate cash and EFTPOS payments.
  • Liaise with all areas of the Council to respond to customer inquiries.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates the ability to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Displays a friendly and empathetic attitude.
  • Is experienced in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs.
  • Can demonstrate strong time management skills.
