Customer Service Officer
Serve with purpose. Grow through community.
Be the voice that helps local families navigate their childcare journey, providing trusted advice and support to connect them with quality care at Kids’ Early Learning.
As a Customer Service Officer, you are often the first point of contact for families. You answer enquiries by phone and email, explain enrolment processes, support new families to understand fees, and help resolve account enquiries. You provide clear information, accurate advice and responsive service that helps families feel supported from their first enquiry through to ongoing care.
Your day includes processing enrolments and customer information, updating records, preparing fee reports, following up outstanding accounts and coordinating with centres to ensure information is accurate and up to date. You manage customer enquiries, complaints and compliments, maintain knowledge of policies and regulations, and provide reliable administrative support across Kids’ Early Learning.
Your work directly supports the smooth operation of our centres and helps families access the information they need when they need it. By maintaining accurate records, resolving enquiries and keeping communication flowing between families and centres, you help deliver services our community relies on every day.
If you are organised, customer focused and enjoy helping people while managing a high volume of enquiries and administration tasks, we would love to hear from you.
