Your Role in Our Team
The Customer Experience - Accounts position is essential in ensuring our clients receive excellent service. You will support front reception and membership services, manage customer accounts, and oversee direct debit processes with accuracy.
As a vital part of our team, you will engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and promote our programs. Your administrative skills will be utilised as you prepare reports and assist in training team members, contributing to continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!
- Current NSW Working with Children Check is essential.
- Experience in financial administration and customer service roles.
- Proficient in Windows-based programs and computerised point of sale systems.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Leisure Centre point of sale systems and direct billing; previous experience in a Leisure Centre is a plus.

- Package:$61,515 - $65,203 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation. (Salary will be paid based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate).
- Hours of work:Permanent Full Time working 38 hours per week, with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement.
