- Salary: $99,775 - $113,318 gross p.a. plus 12% Super
- 38 hours per week (Monday to Sunday) with a 9-day fortnight
- Leaseback available
- Located at Shoalhaven Water Flinders Depot

About the Role
This role will supervise, monitor and control the operations and maintenance of the Shoalhaven Water Distribution System. This includes:
- Supporting and managing the day to day operations of the Water Distribution Team staff, finances and assets.
- Ensure processes, systems and protocols are in place for the Water Distribution Operations compliance with all relevant legislation and Council policies.
- Ensure all operational and maintenance risks are managed in accordance with Council's enterprise risk management system.

Being available to be on-call and complete reasonable overtime is a requirement of this position.
The advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown. The starting salary is at Step 1 within the grade. Progression through the salary steps shall be based upon the achievement of performance objectives relating to the position.
About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Water Industry (i.e. Civil Engineering or Water/Wastewater Engineering) or relevant discipline/experience
- Class C Driver's Licence.
- Current NSW SafeWork First Aid Certificate.
- Current National WHS Construction Card (SafeWork NSW).
- Current SafeWork NSW Confined Spaces Entry Certificate.
- Asbestos Licence for removal of >10 sq meters
- DPI - Water Treatment for Engineers
- Fluoridation Plant Operators TAFE Certificate (or must obtain within 12 months).
- Must be willing to work on call.
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
