Your role in Our Vision
The Coordinator Presentation Operations plays a vital role in supporting Council's public presentation goals. This position is responsible for coordinating operational activities related to street sweeping and reactive maintenance works throughout town centres, public spaces, and road corridors.
This role encompasses two primary functions: overseeing mechanical street sweeping services and leading a multi-skilled team engaged in timely repairs to public assets. The successful candidate will ensure these services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of public environments.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong operational background.
- Relevant operational, trade, or supervisory qualification.
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Experience coordinating outdoor operational service delivery teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in reactive maintenance or trades-based environments.
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practises.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage service requests effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of practical skills and leadership capability, with a focus on enhancing service delivery and public presentation. Experience in local government or public infrastructure operations is a plus.
