Children’s Services Cook

 

1 x Permanent Part Time – 30 hours, 5 days per week

1x Permanent Part Time – 25 hours, 5 days per week. 

Salary: From $28.10 to $30.55 per hour

Closing Date: 2 May 2024

 

 

We have a great opportunity for you to join our Early Childhood Services team. We are seeking a Children’s Services Cook to provide nutritious, delicious and hygienically prepared meals at our Early Education and Care Centres. As a cook you will have a hands-on role with the children, encouraging a love for healthy and nutritious meals.

 

This role is perfect for someone who is seeking part time work to support a work/ life balance.

 

You will need experience in planning and delivering nutritionally based meals that are culturally and dietary appropriate.

 

What does the right candidate need to possess?

·       A passion for developing menu’s that consist of delicious, well presented, and wholesome meals.

·       Accredited food safety supervisor/ food handling qualifications.

·       Nutrition and menu planning course.

·       Knowledge of Australia Dietary guidelines, allergies and intolerances.
