Casual Customer Service Officer
Council is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Customer Service team—someone who embodies our core values of Passion, Respect, Innovation, Dedication, and Excellence (PRIDE) in every interaction.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact across all channels of customer engagement, providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Work a variable number of hours on a casual basis
- A commencing hourly rate of $35.36 - $39.80 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
