JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the IT team and HR team and other key stakeholders in the implementation of an organisational ERP being Tech One. You will play playing a pivotal role in supporting organisational change, workforce readiness, and the successful delivery of a major business transformation project.
You will provide advisory and consultancy service to TechOne Project team to support service delivery and achievement of strategic objectives through its people. This role will develop an understanding of business and people priorities and proactively build and maintain relationships.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders and stakeholders by providing expert guidance, coaching, and solutions across a broad range of people and culture matters. Support informed decision-making and organisational outcomes through advice on workplace relations, workforce planning, organisational design, change management, performance and development, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
You will have experience with resource planning for projects and stakeholder engagement and communications that ensure the success of the project, as well as understanding current HR processes and how these need to adapt within the new Tech1 environment.
A key part of the role is building capability and credibility for change management as a discipline and embedding its value across the organisation.
ABOUT YOU
The successful applicant:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or extensive job-related knowledge and experience in workplace relations or human resources that has supported an ERP implementation or HRIS / IT Transformation.
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Generalist human resource management experience including workforce planning, talent engagement, change management, and workplace design. Experience in coaching, influencing and partnering with people leaders to achieve sound organisational outcomes
- Experience in using a flexible approach to problem solving and capacity to apply relevant best practice principles in service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational HR advice to project team and leaders in a complex work environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale projects through workforce planning, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communications planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver outcomes within tight project timeframes.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of contemporary people and organisational development legislation, policies practices, issues and trends and its application in the workplace.
