About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team at Performance Arts Culture Cessnock as the Venue and Events Officer. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to patrons, managing the venue’s ticketing system, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. You will also provide guidance and support to front of house staff that are rostered for performances and events including the allocation of tasks for that shift.

Remuneration

$63,952 - $74,050 per annum plus superannuation

About You

To be successful, you will need a minimum Certificate II in either Customer Engagement, Business Administration, Events or a similar field, along with demonstrated experience working within a performing arts venue, customer service, events or hospitality environment. Experience in electronic ticket booking systems is also a must!
