About the role

Join our team at the Jetty Memorial Theatre as a Ticketing and Front of House Officer! In this diverse role, you will manage ticket sales, operate the theatre kiosk and bar, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for start-up and end-of-day procedures, assist with front-of-house duties such as answering enquiries and ushering, maintain venue management systems and overall venue cleanliness, and support general administrative tasks such as invoicing and inventory management. We also value your creativity in promotions and marketing activities such as poster distribution, updating online listings and conducting customer surveys.

If you possess well-developed administrative skills and can work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, we'd love to hear from you!

About you

  • Qualifications in Business Administration, or Community Dance, Theatre and Events, or related discipline and demonstrated relevant work experience.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current Criminal Check.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.

  • $35.45p/h + 25% casual loading + 12% superannuation
