About the role
In this rewarding role you be responsible for for the care and education of children in a designated section of Council's Early Childhood Education and Care Centre - Kindy Cove.
About you
The
successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification.
- A current 'Paid Worker' - Working with Children Clearance (NSW)
- Current approved Qualifications under Education and Care Services National Regulations for First Aid, Emergency Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management.
- Knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Ability and experience in program design, implementation and evaluation appropriate to children’s needs and interests.
- Proven knowledge of child development, behaviour management and classroom management.
- Knowledge of child safety and an ability to create a healthy and safe environment.
- Experience in team leadership, staff development and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work effectively with parents.
- Ability to safely lift up to 15 Kg

Salary range:
Up to 101K per annum, (including super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable
candidate.
