Join us as a Water Services Supervisor!

As a Supervisor, you'll lead and support your team in delivering planned and reactive maintenance works across a range of water service assets. This permanent full-time position operates offers a fortnightly rostered day off, giving you the flexibility you need to thrive.

Experience in the water industry is desired, but not a requirement of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager Water Services, you'll coordinate and supervise a skilled team of water services operators, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our water assets. From pump stations to reservoirs, your role will be crucial in maintaining the reliability and quality of our water services.

To be successful in the role, you will;

  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing a team and allocating operational and strategic tasks
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities in both verbal and written formats.
  • Have proficiency in operating various computing and mobile technology
