The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an organised individual to be responsible for the daily delivery of Stores Service functions. 

As a Stores Officer, you will carry out data entry function for all inventory and purchasing activities directly relating to stores and accurately prepare, process and follow all documentation relating directly to maintenance of store stock levels. You will also assist in the establishment of contracts for all store’s requirements and act as first point of contact for stores enquiries.

About You

We are seeking an individual who has a Certificate III level qualification in Supply and Distribution or similar related qualification; and holds both a Forklift High Risk Work Licence and current NSW Class C drivers licence.

You will have the following skills and experience;

  • Three (3) years’ experience in storage or logistics supply and distribution fields (indicative).
  • Demonstrated experience in stock management, issues and receipts.
  • Solid working knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Office and stock management software systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in interpreting legislation/guidelines applicable to stock management, supply and WHS.

Benefits

This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours per week.

The total remuneration package for this position commences at $74,730.42 gross per annum, comprising of:

  • $1,288.90 per week base salary
  • $148.22 per week superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
