Your Role in Our Team
As a Skilled Civil Labourer, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and diving into a variety of exciting tasks under the guidance of our Team Leader or Leading Hand. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering both reactive and planned maintenance on our civil assets while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You’ll work with materials like concrete and asphalt, engage in limited plant operation, and manage traffic when needed. Sounds like fun, right?
What We're Looking For
If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a knack for following instructions, we want to hear from you! Our ideal candidate will:
- Hold a valid Class C driver’s licence and a WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
- Bring experience in civil, construction, or related fields, especially with concrete finishing and asphalt laying.
- Be a team player who communicates well and is open to learning and sharing knowledge.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a willingness to suggest new ways of doing things.

- Package: $56,839 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent full time 38 hours per week - 9 day fortnight
