We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our
Infrastructure & Sustainable Operations team in a new role to lead the
delivery of key capital works projects.

You’ll bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to
delivering outcomes that benefit the Manningham community.

What you’ll
be known for

  • Delivering civil projects on
    time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Taking a practical, can-do
    approach to solving problems and getting the job done
  • Leading the end-to-end
    delivery of projects from planning and design through to construction
  • Providing trusted technical
    advice to stakeholders
  • Building strong
    relationships with contractors, colleagues, and the community
  • Embedding a customer-first
    mindset in every aspect of project delivery
  • Creating meaningful
    community engagement that enhances project outcomes
  • Driving efficient systems,
    robust processes, and safe work practices
  • Contributing to a
    collaborative, high-performing team culture

What you
bring

  • Qualifications in Project
    Management, with relevant experience and OR a Degree in Civil Engineering
    (recognised by Engineers Australia)
  • Strong experience in the
    design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects
  • Proven ability to manage
    multiple projects and navigate complex challenges
  • Sound knowledge of contract
    management, tendering processes, and legislative requirements
  • Strong problem-solving
    skills with a focus on practical and effective solutions
  • A collaborative approach
    with a passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring
