About the role:

A vacancy currently exists for a Senior Airport Administration Officer to coordinate the administration support for the Airport Services team, including preparation and execution of correspondence and documents, procurement and tendering, lease administration and marketing. This is a full time role based at the Busselton Margaret River Airport, Busselton.

The person:

We are seeking applicants who have:

• Extensive, recent experience in a busy administration role, where there has been the provision of high level administration support to multiple people.
• Proven ability to be proactive and contribute to administration process improvement.
• Ability to work in an environment where attention to detail is essential.
• Highly developed computer and research skills.
• Highly developed time management and organisational skills.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal staff and external customers.

The successful applicant will also need a ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and be able to provide a National Police Clearance no more than 6 months old.
