About the Role

This role provides high-level administrative support to the Department Manager and the Business Assurance & Risk Team, coordinating administrative and financial processes, undertaking projects and research, and delivering efficient, professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This includes:

  • Provide high level administrative and financial support to the Department Manager, including drafting correspondence and administrative process review.
  • Conduct research and analysis of information requested by the Department Manager for the provision of accurate, timely information to facilitate decision making and response to enquiries.
  • Provide high quality first response customer service for the Department and direct enquiries to the appropriate officer in a timely manner.

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in the provision of administrative and financial support and services to a Department or equivalent
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional with strong communication and customer service skills, who can manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and contribute positively to a team environment.
