About You

To be successful in this role you will hold either Risk Management or Insurance qualifications and/or equivalent contemporary industry experience.

You will have industry knowledge and demonstrated experience in insurance or claims administration and strong written and oral communication skills. Your strong communication skills will be evident in your ability to manage complex issues and influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholders across the business. You will have experience preparing correspondence and reports, and a commitment to continuous improvement in systems and processes.
