The Position

The Rates & Revenue Officer will work collaboratively with Rates and Finance Sections to perform designated functions including but not limited to the provision of quality customer service, both directly and via email and telephone.  The customer experience is paramount to the delivery and responsibilities of our provided services.

The Rates & Revenue Officer will be responsible for effective customer service experience to our clients from within, and externally which are carried out in an efficient and professional manner, dealing with requests for information and working collaboratively with the team to accommodate changing priorities.

About You

You will have completed Year 12 or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience. Experience working in a medium to large organisation would be an advantage. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar.
