Your Role as a Public Space Cleaner

As a Public Space Cleaner, you’ll be the heart of our operation, ensuring our parks and bustling CBD areas are tidy and inviting. You’ll take pride in your work, knowing that you’re contributing to a clean and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.

Whether it’s litter picking, spot cleaning, or managing bins, your days will be filled with meaningful tasks. You’ll work safely and efficiently, following our Council’s guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Who We’re Looking For

If you’re friendly, proactive, and enjoy working in a team, this could be the perfect fit for you!

• Valid Class C Driver's Licence.
• Previous experience in cleaning and a knack for customer service.
• Physically fit, able to handle manual tasks with ease.
• Basic computer skills to record tasks and communicate effectively.

• Package: $59,723 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation
• Hours of work:  Temporary full time (up to 6 months) 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight over a 7 day spread
