The Position

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Project Managers to undertake a number of complex multi-faceted projects, provide quality project management across a range of infrastructure projects undertaken by Council.  Our towns are undergoing transformation, bringing more tourism, and public facilities for outdoor activities in our nature wonderland.

About You

You have a positive ‘can-do’ approach to work and enjoys collaborating across the organisation to deliver projects and achieve desired outcomes.  An accomplished project manager with strong contract administration skills.

You have project management experience in the development and/or delivery of projects and can deliver a range of complex projects with tight timeframes and budgets, political sensitivities and high levels of public interest. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain strong and productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

A tertiary qualification in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or a related field is preferred. You must have experience in building infrastructure as other forms of infrastructure such as digital, telecommunications, roads, rail etc will be insufficient to be a successful candidate for this role.
