Are you looking for a practical, hands-on role within a busy Depot environment?
We’re seeking a Procurement and Assurance Officer to support day-to-day procurement, compliance, and coordination activities across Depot operations.
This is a hands-on, operational role focused on supporting internal processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance requirements are met. You’ll work closely with Depot staff to keep things running smoothly on the ground.
To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:
- Experience in procurement, contract support, or compliance within an operational environment (e.g. depot, fleet, workshop, or similar)
- Sound working knowledge of procurement processes and organisational policies
- Ability to apply safety, risk, and compliance requirements in a practical work environment
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ability to analyse information and prepare clear, practical reports or summaries
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and provide guidance
- Experience providing day-to-day guidance or coordination of staff in an operational setting
- Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting, Business, or a related discipline or considerable practical experience deemed equivalent
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence
We are offering a gross salary of $94,367 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) and:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
