About the Role
This is not your average admin role. This is a
varied and fast-paced admin role that’s central to the work of our
Organisational Development team. You will support a wide range of programs
across learning and development, performance, employee engagement and diversity,
equity and inclusion.
The role involves managing bookings,
organising training sessions, working with providers, processing payments,
updating systems and supporting internal communications.
You’ll be using several different systems, so
confidence navigating technology and prescribed processes is important.
We are looking for someone who enjoys variety,
can manage competing tasks and is comfortable following processes. You will be
supported by a collaborative team who value clear communication and working
together.
Duties
You’ll play a key
role in keeping things running smoothly. This includes:
- Provide
administrative support to the Organisational Development team - Manage provider
engagement, including quotes, purchase orders and payments. - Coordinating training
programs, booking venues and preparing materials. - Updating our
learning management system, including adding new courses and running compliance
reports. - Prepare PowerPoint
presentations and supporting team communications. - Managing the team
inbox and keep intranet content up to date.
Skills and
Experience
- You’ll bring
experience in administration, ideally in a team environment where things move
quickly. - You’re confident
using Microsoft Office and navigating different systems. - You enjoy following
structured processes, keeping things organised and seeing tasks through to
completion. - You’re a clear communicator
who brings a positive, can-do approach and enjoys being part of a supportive
team.
