About the Role
The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal leadership role within the Waste Services Unit, overseeing the daily operations of our waste and recycling collection. You will ensure that our services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the highest corporate standards and community expectations.
Your focus will be on managing resources effectively, nurturing a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will help uphold our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
Your Ideal Profile
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about waste management and community service.
- Cert IV in Front Line Management or Waste Management, or relevant supervisory experience.
- Possession of a Class HR Driver Licence.
- Proven experience in managing teams effectively and fostering professional growth.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate discussions.

- Package: From $99,571 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation with car allowance
- Hours of work: Permanent full time 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight over a 7 day spread (operational hours: 3:30am - 3pm)
