An exciting and unique 3 day per week leadership opportunity to deliver
a range of vital risk management, audit/compliance and governance committee outcomes,
adopting agile and contemporary practices to mature our frameworks and

About the role
This
senior role will partner with the Strategic Risk and Assurance Lead and extend
the team’s technical and leadership capacity to drive risk and assurance
maturity, continuously improve systems and processes and support executive and audit
committees.
Skills and experience
- Senior experience in development and
implementation of risk management framework and processes, managing internal audit
and compliance programs in a multidisciplinary organisation. - High level of attention to detail, analytical
and quantifying capability and regulatory knowledge. - Ability to build strong stakeholder
relationships and partnerships and influence change. - High energy and outcomes driven, committed to
high performance and takes responsibility for own actions. - High level oral and written communication skills
and ability to write and develop reports targeted to executive and Council audiences. - Coaching and mentoring skills enabling the
transfer of knowledge and skills. - Experience in claims management an advantage.
- A tertiary qualification in risk management,
business, internal audit, insurance or related discipline.
