You'll work across a unique 190 acre multi-purpose facility where your skills directly contribute to memorable events enjoyed by tens of thousands of visitors each year.
We're looking for people who have:
- Experience operating plant, machinery or maintenance equipment.
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to plan, organise and adapt to changing operational priorities.
- Experience leading or coordinating small crews, or the willingness to step into leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively.
- A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.
- Experience in facilities, construction, horticulture, agriculture, equine or livestock environments (highly regarded).

Salary range: Grade 10 - Grade 12 - $1,348.30 - $1,618.30 per week plus superannuation for a 38-hr week.
The ordinary hours of work shall be via a spread of hours not exceeding 152 hours in any four-week period.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake a Pre-employment Medical Screening including Alcohol & Other Drugs Testing.
