About the Position

Reporting to the Town Maintenance Coordinator, you will supervise and mentor Town Maintenance Officers in maintaining and upgrading:

Parks and gardens
Public spaces and town assets
Roads and streetscapes
Minor plant and equipment
You will lead safe, high‑quality operations and play a key role in keeping Onslow looking its best. Some travel to other Shire towns may be required.

About You

You are an experienced and practical leader who enjoys working outdoors and supporting team performance. You will bring:

Proven experience supervising or leading town maintenance teams or outdoor works teams
Confidence working outdoors in Pilbara conditions
Experience in lawn, garden, or horticulture experience
MR or HR licence (essential)
Plant operator certificates or Horticulture (highly advantageous)
