About The Role
The IT Delivery Partner plays a key role within the IT Strategic Delivery and Governance team, leading the successful delivery of technology initiatives and business process improvement projects. Working closely with Council directorates, the role partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure they are supported by effective, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
The IT Delivery Partner coordinates the planning, delivery, and communication of technology projects and business process improvement initiatives, fostering strong collaboration between IT and the business to achieve strategic outcomes and deliver value to the organisation.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and experience in IT project coordination, alongside excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be expected to build collaborative relationships across teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Experience coordinating IT projects within a medium-sized organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules, risks, and resources effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Desirable certifications include Project Management, Agile, ITIL, and Organisational Change Management.

- Package:$103,552-$109,766 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work:Permanent Full Time.You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system.
